BDZ Support Call Center (24/7)
The Information Call Center of BDZ - Passenger Services, supports all passengers traveling or whiling to travel with the company. On phone 0700 10 200 (domestic calls) or 00359 2 9040950 (from abroad), the customers can obtain actual information on timetables on domestic and international routes, ticket prices, discounts and group travel, current train movement on specific routes, re-validations and complaints support.
Support in Bulgarian language is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (incl. holidays and weekends), while in English is limited from Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 21:00. Pre-recorded travel assistance information in English is available at unsupported time slots.
